NNIT Graduate Programme – dedicated to IT operations. A great start to your IT career

Are you a recently qualified computer scientist, IT engineer or master in computer science? Did you achieve good results in school and are you ambitious, focused on quality as well as a team player? Are you ready to work with IT operations in one of the largest IT companies in Denmark? Then the NNIT Graduate Programme starting 1 September 2012 is a perfect opportunity for you.

The programme

You will get a personal mentor and 18 months of solid experience. As a graduate, you will gain a broad range of practical experience within the field of IT operations in a short time. You will complete two or three modules that cover core areas within IT operations.

You will focus intensely on practical experience and learning, both in the project groups, in the dialogue with other graduates, and in the regular conversations with your personal mentor. You will be offered relevant training and certifications that match your abilities and ambitions, and you will gain a clear sense of how you can best apply your talent in the future.

Modules

During the graduate programme you will choose and rotate in three modules in our IT operations area – called IT Operations Services..

IT Operations Services is responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library). Here, you can follow a technical path and specialise in our technologies and services e.g. based on HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Unix/Linux or Oracle. You can also follow a more integrated and customer-focused path and specialise in project management or service delivery management for a specific segment

Qualifications

You are a recently qualified computer scientist, IT engineer or masters in computer science.

Perhaps you have gained IT experience from a student job. But the most important thing is that you are ambitious, can think and act independently and at the same time have a strong believe in the power of working together as a team. You must have an advisory mindset and thrive on delivering high quality services.
